Returns are free, whether you're satisfied with your product or not. Return labels are usually included in the package. If not, email us at support@uktrapstarstore.com and we'll send them to you digitally. You can then print them and include them in your return package.

Gently hand wash your Trapstar item using detergent in warm water (40–50°C). Rinse several times with small amounts of clean water, squeezing out excess moisture after each rinse for a thorough clean. Allow it to dry in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. For a polished finish, you may steam it if desired.
